Diamond Link Initial Disc Necklace

5/16" of an inch (about 1/2" in length from bottom to top of loop) engraved disc in Sterling Silver or 14k Vermeil in a diamond shaped link with a birthstone.  Shown in the picture on a 14k Gold-filled rectangle chain with a Blue Topaz Birthstone Charm.  Lobster clasp closure.
